Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, assisting with the development of robotic systems in hospitals, and managing the overall territory.

• Conducts technical in-service training for clients, which includes operating room staff, surgeons, and other relevant personnel.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve the team's overall sales targets.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, mapping, and achieving objectives in preparation for a future quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time and be available to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
