This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Undergo training to become a specialist in both technical and sales aspects of da Vinci Surgery across primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Optimize the usage of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems.

• Offer case support, guidance, insights, and training to surgical teams on the utilization of the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Contribute to quarterly sales objectives through product demonstrations, in-services, operating room selling initiatives, and customer support training.

• Assist in or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events.

• Foster system awareness and procedure adoption through demonstrations, in-services, and selling initiatives.

• Oversee the reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity results, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Offer guidance, insights, and support on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices following appropriate training.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year of leadership experience is required.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.

• A strong ambition coupled with a solid work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

• A sales degree is advantageous.

• Following appropriate training, the ability to operate as a Medical Device Consultant in compliance with legal standards.
