Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire technical, clinical, and sales expertise.

• Train to become a technical and sales authority in da Vinci Surgery across key surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Offer case support, insights, and training to surgical teams utilizing the da Vinci Surgical System.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clients.

• Aid in achieving quarterly sales targets through demonstrations, in-services, operating room sales activities, and customer support training.

• Assist or coordinate regional sales and marketing development initiatives.

• Optimize the use of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems and encourage the adoption of procedures.

• Oversee reporting of sales and procedures, sales activity outcomes, expense reports, and assigned online training modules.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant post-training, providing guidance on the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficient in English and the local language as necessary.

• Ambitious with a strong work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
