Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) will collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire comprehensive knowledge in all facets of our operations, including technical, clinical, and sales elements.

• Undergo training to become a technical and sales specialist in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.

• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Concentrate on the technical and clinical dimensions of the role during the initial year.

• Enhance the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems in a specific region by leading product demonstrations, in-services, and sales initiatives.

• Serve as a Medical Device Consultant, following the necessary training and legal guidelines, providing direction, insights, and support in the appropriate management of Intuitive medical devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in English and the local language as required.

• A strong ambition and work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
