Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Cherry Hill, NJ team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives with training for surgeons, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.

• Conduct technical in-services for clients, which include operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and assist in achieving team quotas.

• Develop experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and preparing for quota attainment.

• Oversee administrative responsibilities such as reporting sales/procedures, documenting sales activity results, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to move to the Cherry Hill, NJ area.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary.

• Proven track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to function effectively as part of a team.

• May be required to provide current proof of vaccination against specific diseases, including COVID-19.
