Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental position lasting over 24 months, designed to collaborate with the Montana/Wyoming team to acquire comprehensive knowledge in various business aspects, including technical, clinical, and sales.

• Supports sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, facilitating robotic development in hospitals, and managing overall territory operations.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, encompassing OR staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help meet the team's overall quotas.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, mapping, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, with the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is required.
