This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
β’ The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental position lasting over 24 months, designed to collaborate with the Montana/Wyoming team to acquire comprehensive knowledge in various business aspects, including technical, clinical, and sales.
β’ Supports sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, facilitating robotic development in hospitals, and managing overall territory operations.
β’ Conducts technical in-services for clients, encompassing OR staff, surgeons, and others.
β’ Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help meet the team's overall quotas.
β’ Acquires skills in goal setting, mapping, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.
β’ Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 25%, with the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required.
