Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, developing robotic systems in hospitals, and managing territory effectively.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic system users.

• Acquires experience in setting goals, strategizing, and achieving objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting the outcomes of sales initiatives, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
