Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by facilitating surgeon training, assisting with the robotic development in hospitals, and managing overall territory activities.

• Conducts technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, helping to meet team sales quotas.

• Develops skills in goal setting, strategic planning, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities including reporting sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales efforts, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year in outside sales is required.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and a remarkable work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including working nights and weekends as necessary.
