Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by facilitating surgeon training, aiding in hospital robotic development, and managing the overall territory.

• Conducts technical in-service sessions for clients, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help meet overall team quotas.

• Accumulates experience in setting goals, mapping strategies, and achieving targets in preparation for a future quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an excellent work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven capability to work effectively as part of a team.
