Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the team in New Haven, CT for a developmental position lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire insights into the technical, clinical, and sales facets of the organization.

• Support sales representatives with training sessions for surgeons and hospital robotic initiatives.

• Assist in the overall management of the territory.

• Conduct technical in-services for operating room personnel, surgeons, and other clientele.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and help meet team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and achieving quotas, preparing for a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Handle administrative duties, such as sales/procedure reporting, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the New Haven, CT region.

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of outside sales experience is necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is essential.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A proven track record of success is required.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are needed.

• Proven capability to work effectively within a team is necessary.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required.
