This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role lasting over 24 months, designed to collaborate with the Los Angeles Area team to acquire comprehensive knowledge of all business facets.
• Provides support to sales representatives by assisting with surgeon training, hospital robotic development, and overall territory management.
• Conducts technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.
• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, contributing to the team's overall quotas.
• Acquires experience in goal setting, mapping, and achieving targets in preparation for a future quota-bearing role following the CTA position.
• Handles administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.
• A demonstrated record of success is essential.
• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are necessary.
• Must be able to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent social skills and persuasive communication abilities are required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 10%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
