Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Inland Empire & Palm Springs team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge across the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives by conducting surgeon trainings, facilitating hospital robotic development, and managing overall territory.

• Lead technical in-services for customers, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users and assist in achieving overall team quotas.

• Gain experience in setting goals, mapping territories, and preparing for quota attainment in future quota-bearing roles.

• Handle administrative responsibilities, which include sales/procedure reporting, sales activity outcomes, and submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A demonstrated record of success is preferred.

• Ambition and a strong work ethic are preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are preferred.

• Proven capability to work effectively as part of a team is preferred.

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Inland Empire, California area.

• Current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19, may be required by Intuitive and/or customers.

• Certain positions may be subject to U.S. export controls, licensing, or a Technology Control Plan.
