Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by facilitating surgeon training, aiding in the robotic development of hospitals, and managing territory effectively.

• Conducts technical in-service training sessions for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve team sales targets.

• Acquires experience in setting goals, strategizing, and achieving objectives in preparation for a role that bears quotas after the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of experience in outside sales is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
