Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by providing training for surgeons, assisting with the robotic development in hospitals, and managing the overall territory.

• Conducts technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users, aiding in the achievement of overall team quotas.

• Acquires experience in goal-setting, strategic planning, and achieving objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role that follows the CTA position.

• Handles administrative responsibilities such as reporting on sales and procedures, documenting the outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of outside sales experience is required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time and work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A proven track record of success is essential.

• Demonstrated ambition and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.
