Clinical Team Manager – HemOnc

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee all clinical operational and quality components of assigned studies

• Create clinical tools in alignment with the Data Quality Plan

• Work in partnership with the project manager to prepare and deliver presentations at client meetings

• Execute and educate on standardized clinical monitoring procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

• Prior experience that equips the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (approximately 5+ years)

• Strong leadership abilities, proficient in mentoring and training

• Knowledgeable in the practices, processes, and requirements of clinical monitoring

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in English
