Clinical Team Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management activities of clinical trials, assisting your team in achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Strategically plan and oversee all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure that all trials are executed in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions related to trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine, science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Proven capability to lead the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Openness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
