This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Assisting with the daily operations of the clinic.
β’ Collaborating with the Bookings team to convey and arrange specific client needs in advance of assessments.
β’ Resolving logistical challenges related to the operation of busy clinics, such as clinician absences.
β’ Providing support to clients and families during the appeals process while managing complaints in conjunction with the Team Manager.
β’ Offering clinical assistance during the onboarding of new clinical staff and facilitating the team's ongoing skills enhancement.
β’ Partnering with the Team Manager to identify and address deficiencies in clinical processes.
β’ Overseeing resource requirements and contributing to the creation of new resources to support and improve clinic operations.
β’ Raising issues and collaborating with the Team Manager to achieve resolutions.
β’ Providing support in multidisciplinary teams for complex cases.
β’ Recognizing training needs within the team.
β’ Delivering line management to a small group of clinicians, Assistant Psychologists, and Clinical Support Workers.
β’ Performing Quality Assurance checks on clinical diagnostic reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to professional standards.
β’ Conducting high-quality diagnostic assessments while fulfilling team leadership and support roles.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of professional registration with one of the following regulatory bodies: HCPC, NMC, GMC, or Social Work England.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in conducting diagnostic assessments for autism and/or ADHD in children and young people.
β’ Proven experience in providing clinical supervision.
β’ Experience in supporting service delivery and managing workflow.
β’ Strong grasp of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism and ADHD.
β’ Trained and experienced in using diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, etc.
β’ Effective time management and organizational skills to assist the wider team while managing personal caseload responsibilities.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively within teams across the organization.
β’ Well-developed communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
β’ Must be eligible to work in the UK.
