Clinical Talk Therapist – Synchronous

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Talk Therapist plays a crucial role as a member of the Corporation’s clinical team, working towards delivering a world-class clinical experience.

• This position influences various stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the broader Health Care Industry.

• The Specialist is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to Participants, assisting them in achieving their established goals for enhanced quality of life and wellbeing.

• The Specialist collaborates closely with the Operations team to streamline processes for greater efficiency and accessibility, as well as with the Clinical team to enhance the provision of clinical care and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license and reside in the state of MA (license should allow for unsupervised practice).

• Knowledgeable about state tele-health regulations.

• Comfortable utilizing technology and conducting sessions via tele-health.

• Ability to establish a therapeutic relationship in a virtual setting.

• Maintains a polished and professional virtual presence.

• Strong capability to recognize indicators for the appropriate level of care tailored to patient needs.

• Experience in treating a diverse range of conditions and disorders as part of a comprehensive treatment plan in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

• Proficient in using technology for both administrative and clinical support, including scheduling, notes, chat, and web-based or app-based interventions.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Ability to work remotely from a secure, private location (an outpatient office or home office is acceptable; coffee shops are not permitted).

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.

• Bilingual skills are considered a plus.
