Clinical Talent Scout

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage and attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists, and specialized clinical communities.

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns, monitor conversion rates, and ensure a full, active pipeline across all available markets.

• Reconnect with silver medalists and maintain the interest of warm candidates to prevent them from becoming disengaged between interactions.

• Conduct structured initial screenings that address licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation.

• Provide detailed candidate summaries to assigned recruiters utilizing a standardized screening scorecard within Greenhouse.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates until the handoff to recruiters.

• Ensure that sourced candidates are tracked and current in the ATS.

• Deliver daily updates on the recruiting tracker regarding pipeline status.

• Assist with physician sourcing initiatives as directed.

• Coordinate rotating candidate assignments with the recruitment manager and clinical sourcer to ensure equitable distribution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in women's health is REQUIRED.

• Proficiency with CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other roles related to women's health.

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing.

• Familiarity with pipeline creation.

• Previous experience in start-up environments with KPI structures is preferred.
