Clinical Talent Partner – Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This position is focused on ensuring our candidate pipelines remain full, engaged, and progressing smoothly.

• The main emphasis will be on Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) along with providing support for physician sourcing as necessary.

• You will collaborate closely with our recruiters to guarantee that every transition is seamless, every outreach is purposeful, and that no exceptional candidate is left unattended.

• This role reports directly to the Clinical Recruitment Manager and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition regarding physician sourcing strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to attract CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists, and specialized clinical communities.

• Execute targeted outreach campaigns, monitor conversion rates, and maintain a full and active pipeline across all open markets.

• Reconnect with silver medalists and ensure that warm candidates do not become unresponsive between touchpoints.

• Conduct structured initial screenings that cover licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation, offering a more in-depth interaction than a standard inquiry.

• Provide clean and polished candidate summaries to the assigned recruiter utilizing a standardized screening scorecard (in Greenhouse), allowing recruiters to concentrate on relationship-building during their interactions.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates between touchpoints until the handoff to the recruiter.

• Ensure that all sourced candidates are tracked and current in the ATS at all times.

• Offer daily updates on the recruiting tracker regarding the pipeline.

• Assist in physician sourcing efforts as required.

• Sourced candidates will be assigned among recruiters on a rotating basis. You will closely collaborate with the recruitment manager and the clinical sourcer to ensure equitable distribution.
