This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Configure, maintain, and oversee client accounts within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Establish provider profiles, manage permissions, templates, and system configurations.
• Ensure that all client, provider, and clinical data is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards.
• Monitor system integrity and conduct regular data reviews to uphold accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to collect, verify, and input necessary client and provider information.
• Assist in onboarding new providers by setting up EHR accounts and ensuring all required documentation is finalized.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and internal teams to promote seamless system usage.
• Maintain precise records within the CRM, EHR, and other practice management systems.
• Update client profiles, documentation, templates, and system records as necessary.
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and promptly.
• Keep organized electronic records and supporting documentation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to EHR configuration, workflow, and user experiences.
• Provide initial support to users facing system-related challenges.
• Escalate technical issues as needed and monitor the resolution process.
• Test new system configurations, workflows, and enhancements prior to implementation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and boost operational efficiency within the EHR system.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and system documentation.
• Suggest improvements to enhance user experience and data quality.
• Ensure that all client and clinical information is managed in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Support quality assurance efforts through regular data validation and system audits.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive client and employee information.
• Assist with compliance reviews and internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• A minimum of 2–3 years' experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in a healthcare environment.
• Direct experience with CentralReach is required.
• Prior experience in the healthcare, ABA, behavioral health, or medical administration sectors is essential.
• Solid understanding of EHR configuration, data management, and clinical workflows.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining client and provider records within an EHR system.
• Familiarity with CRM, practice management, or healthcare software platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
