📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload of up to 8 clients, guiding their developmental progress.

• Conduct evaluations and design tailored treatment plans that significantly influence each child's development.

• Keep detailed client records and data, ensuring precision and effectiveness in therapeutic practices.

• Offer essential supervision and training to our clinical personnel and families, empowering them to further our mission.

• Assess and modify behavior intervention strategies, promoting ongoing improvement and achievement.

• A Master's degree and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification are mandatory.

• Proven management capabilities.
