• Assist in the clinical workflows of specialty care providers.
• Ensure a smooth virtual experience for patients.
• Provide both clinical and administrative assistance.
• Facilitate the management of treatment.
• Aid in patient communication on behalf of the providers.
• Oversee secure communication channels.
• Monitor and reply to patient messages via secure portals, phone, or email.
• Offer follow-up education and support for patients seeking care.
• Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold standards of privacy, compliance, and ethics.
• Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Must possess an active LPN or RN license (BSN is preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in roles centered on clinical support, care coordination, or a physician- and patient-facing care environment in telehealth.
• Proven experience interacting directly with patients or assisting with clinical tasks in a medical environment.
• Familiarity with common health issues and treatments in at least one of the following areas: men’s health, women’s health, dermatology, and/or weight management.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and data security, as well as familiarity with virtual care standards.
• Proficient technical skills across various platforms, including EHRs, internal chat and email tools like Slack or Gsuite, project and task management tools like Asana, and ticketing systems.
• Bilingual in Spanish (B2/C1 - non-medical) is preferred.
