Clinical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the onboarding process for new partners while collaborating to build new business relationships.

• Take ownership of partner enablement initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, sales, and demonstrations.

• Oversee 3rd Party PACS resellers across North America.

• Propel sales with 3rd Party PACS vendors to integrate Ultrasound Workspace applications into their workflows.

• Cultivate and sustain a robust relationship with the Philips Ultrasound organization and 3rd Party Resellers.

• Meet Order Intake (OIT) targets consistently.

• Concentrate on positioning and marketing vendor-agnostic Ultrasound IT solutions within the region.

• Monitor all opportunities using a dedicated CRM system and update the sales funnel/forecast on a daily basis.

• Assist in the cross-selling program with Philips Enterprise Informatics to promote entry-level Ultrasound IT solutions and a suite of AI-driven applications.

• Implement the Go To Market (GTM) strategy in close collaboration with the EI Business.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Business Strategy, or a comparable field.

• Demonstrated experience in achieving sales through healthcare partnerships.

• Familiarity with Healthcare IT and Cardiovascular Ultrasound (Cardiac Sonographer, Echocardiography Technologist, RVT is a plus).

• Preferred in-depth knowledge of the Cardiovascular Ultrasound environment.

• Strong customer focus along with effective negotiation abilities.

• High availability and quick response times are essential.

• Outstanding presentation skills and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
