This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Managing order processing efficiently
• Conducting phone triage for patients nationwide through telemedicine
• Guiding patients on how to self-administer injections
• Handling incoming calls within the medical staff queue
• Preparing letters of medical necessity and travel documentation
• Engaging in communication via email and phone with providers, patients, and staff
• Assisting patients in placing product orders
• Sending Care Orders through the Medical portal
• Clarifying treatment procedures for patients and offering follow-up education
• Managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
• Demonstrating multitasking abilities across EMR, medical queues, and other systems
• Upholding phone and email etiquette standards
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment is required
• Associate degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in pharmaceuticals is a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in computer applications (Outlook/Microsoft) and EMR systems
• Ability to multitask and navigate various systems effectively
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
