Clinical Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment and recovery journey.

• Provide patient assistance via phone, chat, and email, addressing administrative, medication, or service management concerns.

• Engage in continuous inbound and outbound calls during the work shift.

• Adhere to established workflows and ensure accurate documentation of care resolution support.

• Contribute to a technology-driven, team-oriented culture that enhances patient care through the Bicycle Health app.

• Learn and utilize the Bicycle Health app, G-suite, Zoom, FreshWorks, Athena, and other technological tools to effectively manage and resolve administrative and logistical tasks.

• Work collaboratively with medical and behavioral health clinicians to provide telehealth care support.

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant work experience.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, or 2+ years in care coordination/patient advocacy/equivalent healthcare role, or 1+ years in a similar telehealth position.

• A customer-centric mindset, empathy, and the ability to creatively solve problems in real time.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in written and audio assessments.

• Proficiency with computer technology, typing, utilizing available resources, and navigating various software platforms such as Microsoft / Google Suites.

• Reliable access to a private workspace with high-speed internet and a professionally appropriate setting for frequent video conferencing.

• Workstation setup that meets remote work requirements.
