This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through email, phone, and screen sharing related to Radformation software.

• Handle a substantial volume of cases (typically 10–20 cases daily) while ensuring timely and meaningful communication with customers.

• Aim to provide significant initial responses within one hour and resolve cases within one business day.

• Troubleshoot issues where solutions may not be documented, necessitating critical thinking and teamwork to find resolutions.

• Support the majority of Radformation products, excluding QuickCode and RadMachine.

• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the Knowledge Support team to identify educational needs and recurring themes.

• Work with Clinical Success to identify clinics that could benefit from proactive outreach or additional assistance.

• Engage in weekly Support team meetings and cross-functional discussions.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical dosimetry using Eclipse TPS.

• Strong knowledge of radiation oncology treatment planning workflows, including 3D, IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT.

• Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to remain calm and focused on solutions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• This position necessitates consistent availability during standard working hours in a real-time support environment (fully remote but with a fixed schedule).
