This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and evaluate clinical trials, analyzing intricate medical data.
• Formulate drug supply planning strategies and oversee the management of supplies for clinical studies.
• Oversee clinical supply planning and forecasting aligned with study protocols.
• Act as a member of the clinical study team and/or the clinical drug supply team, as designated.
• Analyze pertinent protocol information to create packaging/labeling designs and/or global distribution strategies.
• Assist in the design and establishment of the IRT system.
• Aid in financial planning for global clinical supplies, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for clinical trials and the pharmaceutical development pipeline.
• Organize the origination, proofreading, and translation of clinical study labels as necessary.
• Oversee global clinical supply inventory at the clinical site level for both IRT and traditional studies by tracking specific milestone dates and adjusting the drug distribution plan accordingly.
• Coordinate drug supply delivery timelines with Clinical, packaging sources, and indirectly with GMP laboratories, QA, and Regulatory Affairs, as needed.
• Maintain consistent communication with all internal-chain groups to ensure sufficient supply of clinical supplies throughout the clinical trial duration.
• Act as a 'consultant' for managers across the organization regarding issues related to clinical supplies and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or pharmaceutical field.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in clinical supplies.
• Familiarity with the Clinical Trial Supply process.
• Understanding of project team structures and processes.
• A proactive work approach, identifying potential issues early and alerting the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Knowledge of project management and building clinical customer relationships.
• Awareness of 'Customers' team structures and processes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to influence others.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Proficiency in general computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
