Clinical Supervisor – Southeast

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Clinical Director in creating and executing an engaging clinical schedule, which includes curriculum development.

• Ensure the delivery of clinical services adheres to established best practices.

• Manage crises throughout the provision of all intensive outpatient programs, including on-call responsibilities during nights and weekends.

• Maintain a caseload and lead weekly group treatment sessions (minimum of 15 hours).

• Possess expertise in various therapeutic modalities and confidently incorporate them into your treatment methods (DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI certification are advantageous).

• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referral sources.

• Ensure compliance with regulations set by The Joint Commission and conduct ongoing quality assurance efforts.

• Oversee treatment documentation to confirm that all notes are comprehensive and meet agency and professional standards according to DHCS and The Joint Commission regulations.

• Provide clinical supervision in alignment with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Uphold and exemplify professional ethics, including maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.

• Assist in cultivating relationships with key referral sources and engage in networking opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an independent mental health counselor license.

• Authorized to work in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency.

• Experience working with a diverse age range, including children, teens, young adults, and adult clients.

• Leadership experience within a clinical environment (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP).

• Familiarity with and readiness to utilize cloud-based communication tools—such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox—in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis.
