Clinical Study Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Supervise the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards and project schedules.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to facilitate the successful execution of clinical studies.

• Develop and oversee study budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring effective resource utilization and adherence to study plans.

• Lead the resolution of challenges and issues that may occur during clinical trials, utilizing strong problem-solving abilities and communication strategies.

• Ensure data integrity and quality by implementing stringent monitoring and validation processes throughout the study lifecycle.

• Design and analyze clinical trials, interpret complex medical data, and contribute to the development of innovative treatments and therapies.

• Coordinate the execution of clinical trial management, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical study management, with a solid understanding of the drug development process and regulatory requirements.

• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating efficiently with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and upholding high-quality standards in clinical trials.
