• Take charge of tasks and projects independently to ensure deadlines are met.
• Deliver exceptional written and verbal communication as the clinical subject matter expert to internal teams.
• Assist the clinical strategy team in improving drug pathways and clinical programs.
• Work collaboratively with internal subject matter experts across the organization for the development and expansion of clinical programs.
• Offer clinical insights for presentations and responses during the pre-sales process and new client implementation, participating in sales and implementation calls when clinical expertise is required.
• Develop, revise, and contribute clinical content for marketing materials aimed at members, brokers, and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and collaborate with data teams to assess claims and model potential savings for clinical programs for both prospective and existing clients.
• Bachelor's and Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or PharmD.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any state.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist in managed care or completion of a managed care residency is required.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills (including the ability to develop and deliver formal presentations) and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented work ethic coupled with a positive attitude.
• Capability to take initiative without prompting.
• Robust project management skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet all deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with teammates and partners, even in a fast-paced business environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
