Clinical Specialist, Pain Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Acts as a device specialist for Medtronic during surgical procedures by ensuring the availability of all necessary equipment and products, offering technical support and device selection, as well as executing programming and testing of all device systems.

• Guides patients through every stage of the clinical process while educating them on the features and advantages of Medtronic products.

• Offers clinical assistance during surgeries, re-programming, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics.

• Maintains a personal understanding of all applicable quality policies and system components.

• Completes all new hire therapy training as directed by medical education.

• Provides mentorship to Associate Clinical Specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or

• An Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy.

• Capability to act as the primary resource for both scheduled and unscheduled clinical events, with occasional requirements to work on weekends, evenings, and nights, as well as potential overnight travel within the district or neighboring districts.

• Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care is necessary.
