This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Effectively communicate the product and clinical advantages of Barostim therapy to cardiologists, specialists in heart failure/hypertension, and cardiac/vascular surgeons.
• Conduct training sessions and programs on the correct application of Barostim therapy for clinicians, office personnel, and hospital staff.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support during implant procedures, follow-up appointments, titrations, and patient consultations.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to create market-specific strategies highlighting the benefits of the technology.
• Develop and implement plans with Territory Managers, physicians, and site personnel to initiate CVRx programs at new customer locations.
• Promote the utilization and expansion of Barostim therapy through disease-state education and the development of therapeutic programs.
• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
• Engage with healthcare providers to ascertain clinical needs, objectives, and constraints, providing viable solutions.
• Comply with sales management processes and reporting systems, ensuring accurate records of devices and programmers are maintained in Salesforce.
• Provide support to other field staff as required.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, ATMs, and Area Sales Directors to deliver clinical support for CVRx Barostim technology and its business applications.
• Must live in the South Orlando or West Palm Beach, FL region.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with cardiac-related products or therapeutic devices for cardiac surgery; heart failure experience is prioritized.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx personnel.
• Capability to master medical and surgical concepts as well as active implantable medical device technology.
• Independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with the determination and persistence to introduce innovative technology to the market.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work autonomously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn Salesforce, content management, learning management, and other systems.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. comfortably.
• Ability to travel 60% or more; some overnight travel may be necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
