This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Offer technical, educational, operational, and sales support to help the district achieve its objectives in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service.
• Successfully completes CRM Field Technical Training, which includes both online and field-based components.
• Conducts checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems after sign-off.
• Aids in the implantation of all CRM products following sign-off.
• Provides on-call support as necessary during evenings and weekends following sign-off.
• Offers troubleshooting assistance as requested.
• Ensures the completion of patient registration and other required hospital documentation.
• Assists in managing consignment and trunk inventory once acquired.
• Supplies additional inventory support to fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintains software on programmers throughout the district as instructed.
• Supports the management of daily coverage logistics as needed.
• Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on products or solutions for which training has been completed.
• Aids in the education and training of new Clinical Specialists and Sales Representatives after sign-off.
• Collaborates with DSM, Sales Representatives, and DM to understand market dynamics and local customer motivations and needs; possesses a basic understanding of how Medtronic CRM products and solutions provide value to the customer.
• Assists in obtaining customer purchase orders throughout the quarter.
• Maintains a basic understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Independently identifies customer needs and opportunities, providing feedback to Sales Representatives to support sales goals.
• Remains informed on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings.
• Completes all assigned training promptly.
• High School Diploma along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or roles involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science, or computing -OR- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in similar fields -OR- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, field sales, or related roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Strong work ethic focused on achieving the objectives of the position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., SalesForce.com).
• Capability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
• Aptitude to coordinate and engage in multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and meeting deadlines.
