Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance within the Cardiac Rhythm Management division.

• Address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff concerning CRM products.

• Serve as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.

• Design, conduct, and/or facilitate training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.

• Offer additional support to CRM Sales Representatives as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.

• Ability to obtain certification in CRM products.

• Proven knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.

• Familiarity with catheterization lab and operating room procedures and protocols.

• Demonstrated advanced understanding of cardiac pacing systems.

• Capability to apply engineering skills and expertise to interpret and resolve complex clinical issues.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are crucial.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers to accomplish assigned objectives.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.

• Extensive computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent software for tasks such as graphics, word processing, databases, and creating presentation materials.
