Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Accountable for providing primary clinical support to sales representatives in cultivating new sales opportunities and establishing accounts with physician and hospital clients.

• Offer technical knowledge, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in patient care, installation, and maintenance of company offerings.

• Build and sustain relationships with physicians and their staff at designated clinical locations by delivering exceptional service and responsiveness, along with ongoing education and clinical insights regarding the application of the company's products.

• Act as the main resource for clinical support, which includes troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products.

• Foster and maintain professional relationships with hospital staff.

• Engage with customers and patients in a clinical setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• Over 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.

• Experience in an operating room environment.
