Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering primary clinical assistance to sales representatives in order to foster new sales prospects and establish accounts with physician and hospital clients.

• Offer technical knowledge, conduct product demonstrations, and manage patient care, installation, and maintenance of company offerings.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with physicians and their staff at designated clinical locations by delivering exceptional service and responsiveness.

• Deliver technical and educational training to physicians and staff regarding the utilization of the company's products.

• Provide case support, which includes assistance in the Operating Room and during procedures.

• Act as the main resource for clinical assistance, encompassing troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for the company’s products.

• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure success for both customers and patients with the implanted products.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with hospital staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience within a clinical or hospital setting.

• More than 3 years of experience working with implantable medical devices.

• Experience in an operating room environment.
