Clinical Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Act as a clinical authority during system implementation, onboarding physicians, and providing support during live procedures.

• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account preparedness, utilization objectives, and opportunities for growth.

• Oversee on-site execution for new site launches and technology integrations, guaranteeing a smooth clinical experience.

• Recognize and disseminate clinical insights to improve performance, workflow, and overall outcomes.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to promote adoption and procedural excellence.

• Cultivate strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.

• Propel ongoing optimization at existing sites to foster procedural growth and sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• More than 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (experience in imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption and facilitate procedural success.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays as necessary.

• Must fulfill all hospital credentialing requirements (background check, drug screening, immunizations).
