This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver clinical case coverage as assigned.
• Supervise cases and independently manage CVAC procedures.
• Educate surgical teams on the safe and effective use of devices and instrument preparation.
• Offer intraoperative clinical product support and procedural guidance.
• Stay updated on perioperative surgical technology practices and hospital policies.
• Cultivate technical expertise to serve as an educational resource.
• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and kits, including conducting quality control audits.
• Diagnose equipment issues following standard procedures.
• Confirm, reconcile, and oversee received, returned, used, and missing inventory.
• Assist in procedural training for physicians and medical personnel.
• Facilitate physician training and sales training programs.
• Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager on account setup, clinical engagement, case support, clinical outcomes, staff education, and residency training.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding quality, labeling, promotional activities, and interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Work together with Clinical Specialist teams for case presentations and knowledge sharing among peers.
• Report directly to the Regional Clinical Manager.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Clinical experience as a Scrub Tech, X-Ray Tech, RN or BSN, or Laser Tech.
• For Clinical Specialist II: 1–3 years of industry experience.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Specialist with a medical device company or with Mobile Litho Provider Companies.
• Capability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance.
• Willingness to travel beyond the designated territory.
• For Sr. Clinical Specialist: Over 3 years of full-time experience within a medical device company in a clinical specialist role or a similar position focused on case coverage and patient outcomes.
• Experience in intraoperative coaching.
• Proficient in staff and support training.
• Proven track record of success.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Familiarity with sales processes and training.
• Experience in surgical techniques and sterile procedures within the operating room.
• Background in utilizing fluoroscopy is advantageous.
• Strong customer relationship skills and procedural skill development are highly sought after.
• A degree or certification in a medical-related field is highly preferred.
• Must be able to travel by car up to 90% of the time.
• A valid US driver's license is required.
• Compliance with applicable county, state, and federal vaccination regulations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
• Competitive base salary of $80,000, $100,000, or $120,000 annually (depending on experience).
• Annual variable bonus of $20,000.
