This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide clinical case coverage as assigned.
• Train surgical teams to promote positive patient outcomes and offer verbal support during the training phase.
• Stay updated on perioperative surgical technology practices along with hospital policies and procedures.
• Develop technical expertise to act as an educational resource.
• Maintain and prepare surgical equipment and kits, including conducting quality-control audits.
• Troubleshoot equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Offer intra-operative clinical product support.
• Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping documents.
• Reconcile inventory usage and address missing items.
• Assist in procedural training for physicians and medical personnel.
• Support account management alongside the Territory Sales Manager, covering account setup, clinical engagement, case support, and clinical outcomes.
• Facilitate education for APPs, office personnel, hospital staff, and residents.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, labeling promotion requirements, and regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialist teams for case presentations and knowledge sharing among peers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Report to the Regional Clinical Manager (RCM).
• Clinical experience in roles such as scrub tech, X-ray tech, RN or BSN, or laser tech.
• Clinical Specialist II: 1–3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Clinical Specialist II: Previous experience as a Clinical Specialist in a medical device company or with Mobile Litho Provider Companies.
• Clinical Specialist II: Capability to provide intraoperative procedural guidance.
• Clinical Specialist II: Willingness to travel beyond the assigned territory.
• Senior Clinical Specialist: 3+ years of full-time experience with a medical device company as a clinical specialist or in a similar role focusing on case coverage and patient outcomes.
• Senior Clinical Specialist: Experience in intraoperative coaching.
• Senior Clinical Specialist: Proficient in training staff and support personnel.
• Senior Clinical Specialist: Proven track record; preferred experience in urology.
• Knowledge of the medical device industry.
• Understanding of sales processes and training methodologies.
• Familiarity with surgical techniques and sterile procedures in the operating room.
• Experience with fluoroscopy is advantageous.
• Strong customer relationship skills and procedural skill development highly desired.
• Degree or certification in a medical-related field is highly desirable, such as LPN, RN, Surg Tech, or Rad Tech.
• Ability to travel by car up to 90% of the time.
• Must possess a valid US driver's license.
• Compliance with all relevant county, state, and federal vaccination regulations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is a requirement.

• Auto Allowance: $9,600.
