This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct chart and data analysis across US client communities to uncover impactful stories, near-miss incidents, and clinically significant trends that deserve attention in QBRs and client evaluations.
• Prepare clinically for CSMs prior to calls by gathering resident-level examples, framing clinical narratives, and ensuring all operator discussions are based on robust clinical evidence.
• Create and maintain Teton's regulatory playbook library on a state-by-state basis.
• Write policy and procedure templates that operators can utilize or modify, addressing Teton's integration into fall management strategies, change-of-condition protocols, documentation workflows, and quality assurance procedures.
• Review clinical content across materials aimed at customer success, including training presentations, FAQ libraries, objection handling guides, and communications intended for operators.
• Collaborate with the Product team on clinical workflow inquiries, edge cases, and feature design rooted in practical nursing experiences.
• Occasionally represent the company on high-stakes client calls involving clinical escalations, regulatory inquiries, DON-level discussions, or evaluations of new operator clinical practices.
• Serve as the clinical expert during sales calls, contributing to the demonstration of clinical value.
• Keep abreast of regulatory trends in senior living (CMS, state surveys, BIPA/HIPAA intersections) and translate changes into actionable insights for customer success and operators.
• Preferred active clinical licensure (RN, LPN, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in senior living, post-acute care, or long-term care (AL, MC, SNF, or LTC).
• Experience with state surveys, regulatory compliance, and clinical documentation in a senior care environment.
• Strong knowledge of fall management, change-of-condition workflows, and resident acuity assessments.
• Exceptional written communication skills — capable of transforming clinical nuances into operator-ready policies, playbooks, and narratives.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with non-clinical colleagues (CS, Product, Sales).
• Mindset: Eager to leverage clinical expertise in developing systems, tools, and resources that can be scaled across operators nationwide.
