Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Providing engaging onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training.

• Assisting customers in navigating testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionalities of solutions.

• Ensuring site readiness by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.

• Leading and managing the learning experience through customer consultation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience for onsite training and maintaining customer communication.

• Offering continuous and effective updates on project status, including any issues and delays, to internal teams.

• Fostering communication and promoting collaboration within the learning audience.

• Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and achieving advanced proficiency in specialized areas.

• Addressing and resolving a wide array of problems while demonstrating sound judgment in identifying methods and techniques for solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, clinical trainer, and/or in adult education delivery is highly desirable.

• Verification of current/active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certification in at least one of the following (or required to obtain within 12 months from the start of employment): Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

• Certificate or associate degree required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
