This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Collaborates with customers, care partners, speech-language pathologists (SLPs), and referral sources throughout the AAC evaluation and acquisition process.
• Conducts clinical consultations to evaluate communication needs and recommend suitable AAC solutions.
• Utilizes consultative sales techniques to assist customer decision-making and advance opportunities throughout the customer journey.
• Works alongside SLPs to facilitate the completion of evaluations, device recommendations, and necessary clinical documentation.
• Gathers, reviews, and manages required paperwork to ensure timely progression through the acquisition process.
• Establishes and maintains strong professional relationships that promote customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Keeps accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide a consistent customer experience and address barriers affecting customer success.
• Represents Lingraphica through professional engagement, educational opportunities, conferences, and other customer-facing events as required.
• Achieves established performance expectations related to customer engagement, pipeline progression, documentation quality, and business outcomes.
• Engages in continuous learning and process improvement initiatives.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Over 3 years of experience working with adults who have complex communication needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal partners.
• Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. (including airline travel) up to 2 times per year for in-person team and all-company meetings, with potential additional travel (approximately 2–3 times annually) for conferences and events as required.
