Clinical Solution Specialist – Patient Monitoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products.

• Facilitate the design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of solutions to guarantee a high-quality customer experience.

• Act as a clinical resource for customers throughout the multiphase implementation and go-live processes.

• Collaborate with field service, sales, project management, internal partners, and customers to ensure successful implementations.

• Comprehend customer objectives and develop strategies that support the implementation and utilization of clinical solutions.

• Provide consultative, advanced clinical services focused on optimizing workflows.

• Evaluate workflows and educational needs, create educational plans, identify custom configuration requirements, and plan and deliver equipment/application training.

• Support initial customer use, promote ongoing adoption of changes, and enhance complex monitoring solutions.

• Utilize product and clinical knowledge to grasp technical implementation implications, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.

• Travel approximately 90% within the district, including overnight stays and potential air/train/bus travel; provide additional zone support and occasional national travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse.

• Current/active nursing license with verification necessary.

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU environments.

• Enthusiasm for technology and patient-care education.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in office/home-office and/or remote settings as well as in hospital/healthcare environments.

• Flexibility to work hours based on business requirements.

• Capability to wear required personal protective equipment.

• May need to comply with vendor credentialing.

• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available.

• Must live in or be within commuting distance to Buffalo, Rochester, NY, or Harrisburg, PA.
