This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.
β’ Deliver individual and group clinical supervision to social workers operating in Minnesota and North Dakota.
β’ Assist clinicians with assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, ethical considerations, and complex case management.
β’ Oversee the progress of supervisees in meeting licensure prerequisites.
β’ Keep precise supervision plans, logs, evaluations, and board-related documentation.
β’ Ensure that supervision practices comply with the relevant state licensing regulations.
β’ Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to facilitate onboarding, training, quality enhancement, and consistent clinical methodologies.
β’ Remain updated on social work licensing and supervision standards in both states.
β’ Masterβs degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.
β’ Active and unrestricted Minnesota LICSW license.
β’ Active and unrestricted North Dakota LCSW license.
β’ Board-approved, recognized, or eligible to provide clinical licensure supervision in at least one of the two states.
β’ Experience in offering clinical supervision, consultation, or leadership roles.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of clinical practice, documentation, ethics, and risk management.
β’ Ability to maintain accurate records of supervision and licensing.
β’ Excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork abilities.
