Clinical Social Work Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual and group clinical supervision to social workers operating in Minnesota and North Dakota.

• Assist clinicians with assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, ethical considerations, and complex case management.

• Oversee the progress of supervisees in meeting licensure prerequisites.

• Keep precise supervision plans, logs, evaluations, and board-related documentation.

• Ensure that supervision practices comply with the relevant state licensing regulations.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to facilitate onboarding, training, quality enhancement, and consistent clinical methodologies.

• Remain updated on social work licensing and supervision standards in both states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Minnesota LICSW license.

• Active and unrestricted North Dakota LCSW license.

• Board-approved, recognized, or eligible to provide clinical licensure supervision in at least one of the two states.

• Experience in offering clinical supervision, consultation, or leadership roles.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical practice, documentation, ethics, and risk management.

• Ability to maintain accurate records of supervision and licensing.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork abilities.
