Clinical Site Contracting Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the routing of site-level agreements for signatures through either paper methods or DocuSign.

• Conduct quality control on site-level agreements to confirm that signatures are secured, execution dates are included, and protocol numbers are accurate.

• Distribute site-level agreements to the relevant stakeholders.

• Organize agreements within an electronic repository and input data into Medidata based on the CTA and budget information.

• Analyze and generate reports for the Site Contracting Management team.

• Act as the main point of contact with investigative sites or vendors for CDA negotiations.

• Collaborate with Vertex Legal on negotiations related to contract language.

• Provide clinical research deliverables at a high standard while closely collaborating with the team and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree (or equivalent degree/experience as determined by the Hiring Manager).

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Extensive experience in contract management.

• Experience in supporting inspections, including preparation activities and audits.

• Previous experience with process development (SOP, WI) is preferred.

• High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

• Familiarity with standard videoconferencing tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with internal Vertex teams as well as external parties.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to work within a matrix, cross-functional team environment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
