This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Prepare, verify, enter, organize, sort, route, and process electronic records according to designated workflows.
• Investigate and resolve unique or complex errors, record issues, workflow queries, and system-related challenges.
• Relay research findings, record statuses, and workflow updates to staff, colleagues, and management.
• Offer guidance based on research results, established protocols, and business requirements.
• Monitor, track, and communicate the status of workloads.
• Create, receive, process, and route both incoming and outgoing communications.
• Provide cross-training and support across various functions or workloads.
• Prioritize tasks and workloads in alignment with business requirements, deadlines, and leadership directives.
• Collaborate with colleagues, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Process live claims utilizing relevant computer systems as assigned.
• Mentor or train peers as assigned.
• Execute additional duties, special projects, and assignments as necessary.
• Coordinate work activities and assist with workload guidance, training, or reporting tasks as assigned.
• Support inspections, meetings, incident response, and contract operations through local movement within local sites.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative support experience is necessary.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary access approvals, credentials, or background clearances relevant to the assigned contract or work location.
• Ability to work accurately across multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to research, analyze, and resolve record or workflow problems.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform essential physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for keyboarding and data entry tasks.
• Capacity to view computer screens and written materials for extended durations.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move standard office materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Must reside within 55 miles of Rockledge, Florida.
