This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver operational and administrative assistance within designated departments or teams.
• Prepare, verify, input, organize, sort, route, and process electronic records through assigned workflows.
• Conduct research to resolve unique or intricate errors, record challenges, workflow inquiries, and system-related issues.
• Communicate research outcomes, record statuses, and workflow details to staff, colleagues, and leadership.
• Offer guidance based on research results, established protocols, and business requirements.
• Monitor, track, and convey workload statuses.
• Create, receive, process, and route incoming and outgoing communications.
• Cross-train and provide support across various functions or workloads.
• Prioritize tasks and workloads according to business needs, deadlines, and leadership guidance.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
• Process live claims using relevant computer systems as assigned.
• Mentor or train colleagues as directed.
• Undertake additional duties, special projects, and assignments as necessary.
• Assist with inspections, meetings, incident responses, and contract operations through local movement within local sites.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one (1) year of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required access approvals, credentials, or background clearances relevant to the assigned contract or work location.
• Capability to work accurately across multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Skill in researching, analyzing, and resolving record or workflow issues.
• Ability to organize tasks, prioritize assignments, and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move standard office materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Candidates must reside within 55 miles of Rockledge, Florida.
