Clinical Services Manager – IKC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing clinical resources to ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective care to patients.

• Collaborating with the ROM, this role focuses on minimizing admissions and readmissions by emphasizing clinical quality and coaching efforts.

• Serving as the clinical leader for their assigned market, this position mentors and coaches Integrated Care Nurses to meet performance and outcome goals, enhance skills, and foster professional growth.

• Takes ownership of clinical quality by conducting direct RN observations and providing coaching across various categories.

• Engages in continuous assessment and coaching of clinical acumen to reduce patient admissions and readmissions.

• Participates in necessary meetings with stakeholders.

• Attends Clinical Reviews to facilitate ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Adheres to DaVita policies and procedures in alignment with State and Federal regulations related to patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; must meet insurance coverage requirements.

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Proven experience in managing data-driven outcomes and implementing process improvements.

• Experience in healthcare performance coaching is preferred.

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Case Manager (CCM) is preferred.
