Clinical Service Evaluator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Plan, design, implement, conduct, and report on program evaluations.

• Ensure services are consistently delivered in accordance with funding requirements and regulations.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methodologies.

• Analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques.

• Review and synthesize existing research to guide service decisions.

• Develop, design, and implement evaluation projects grounded in valid research methods.

• Gather and analyze data from both primary and secondary sources.

• Assess the quality of services and evaluate provider outcomes.

• Prepare comprehensive reports documenting findings and recommendations.

• Assist in creating instructional materials related to evaluation studies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in sociology, economics, psychology, or a related social science field.

• At least two (2) years of post-degree experience in gathering, editing, and analyzing data for social and economic research.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in evaluation methods and techniques.

• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong capabilities in data visualization and infographic reporting.

• Experience with statistical applications and packages (such as Microsoft Access and SQL).

• Proficiency in advanced functions of Microsoft Office Excel.

• Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of best practices and promising strategies for behavioral health and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities.
